How much will I be charged for my delivery?

We want to make our on-line service as accessible as possible and have therefore made delivery to UK customers free of charge for all footwear or bag orders.  For orders of shoecare or accessories under £35.00 delivered to the UK, we charge £2.00.  For customers outside of the UK, we have a scale of postal charges that are dependent on your world-wide location.

  • For UK customers postage and packing is free of charge on orders over £35.00 

  • For EC countries postage and packing is £12.50 per pair

  • For the rest of the world postage and packing starts from £20.00 per pair

How long before my shoes arrive?

We will always process your order as quickly as possible, but please allow up to five working days for delivery. This will be longer if you are outside the UK.


Can I return my shoes if they are not right for me?

We want you to enjoy our shoes as much as we do, but in the unfortunate case that you want to return them to us we do offer a return service for all UK orders. Please find full details on our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee page.


Will I pay VAT (Value Added Tax)?

Yes, all prices quoted on our website include the standard UK rate of VAT at 20%. If we are delivering to you outside the EU then VAT will be deducted from your order, however, you may be liable to import duties from customs. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately we cannot predict what they will be. You should contact your local customs office for further information.


Is the site safe and secure?

Our shopping system is fully protected from fraud. All credit card numbers are protected using the latest encryption software. They are only decrypted for us to process your payment and never held in clear text on any website. Your financial details will never be divulged or shared with any other business so you can order with absolute confidence.


How do I use my special promotional code?

If you have received a special promotional code from us, please enter it in your basket at checkout and the appropriate promotion or discount will be applied to your order. Promotional codes do not apply to Sale product and you can only use one promotional code or voucher per transaction.
